Specifically, the business related to ’Toki’ a legal registration, such as real estate ownership registration and company registration, is a specialized business of Shihoshoshi or judicial scrivener and cannot be done with the qualification of Gyoseishoshi. 

Only Zeirishi or tax accountants and Konin Kaikeishi or certified public accountants are permitted to prepare tax-related documents and submit tax returns to the tax office.

The preparation of documents and application work related to pensions requires the qualification of Shakai Roumushi or a social labor consultant. 

In addition, Gyoseishoshi can answer legal consultations, but if this is a dispute, only attorney and Shihoshoshi are allowed to get involved. 

In this way, Gyoseishoshi are not necessarily able to respond to everyone’s consultation even if we are “lawyer in your town”.
