For example of “Terms of Use Agreement” document, did you write it using general template casually?  Terms of Use Agreement are now considered part of the contract under the 2020 revision of the Civil Code. It means this agreement itself may be deemed invalid if it contains absurd contents.

Do you have the contracts or agreement that are casually created using general templates, or that are vaguely created by diverting existing ones?  These should be changed depending on the products and services appropriately, and these too should be added needed condition.
