Taking Survey, and providing service lets you collect your customer’s personal information on the fill-out form.

In order to purchase the products and provide services, it is important to have your customer’s information who they are, and where they live, however isn’t it you to ask them more than enough information?

Is it really needed?

In recent days, the law requires you to manage the individual information more stringent than before. Actually, are the individual’s name and email necessary information for survey?　If it has a purpose of sending reward, they may be needed to collect, but if it doesn’t have, then it is out of purpose procedure and it is an act against the law.

And please think about the case that these saved personal information happen to breach outside your company, it will cause trouble for those who answered your questionaries, it will damage your company’s social credibility, you may be subject to administrative sanction and criminal penalty.  You may be asked to claim damages. 

Please check, when collecting personal information, whether it is really necessary items to achieve your purpose, or whether you will collect even unnecessary matters.
